Head of the Office
The main function of Project Management Office is to inform the university community about the opportunities to make use of funds. This function includes all activities related to the search of funds, which are most suitable to the university, storage of information and the dissemination of information to the university community.
The department consults project applicants and arranges training for representatives of faculties and project applicants.
One of the functions of the office is to carry out the internal expertise of prepared projects: the office assesses projects inside the university before submitting them to external experts.
The office also provides administrative supervision of implemented projects by helping to form management groups (this activity covers consultative assistance during the implementation of projects in order to ensure the compliance with the requirements of the European Union, Central Project Management Agency, and other administration institutions or funds).
